February 19, 2010: Steve will present the Annual Case Law Update at the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education's 6th Annual Real Estate Short Course to be convened on February 19, 2010 at the Wojcik Conference Center at Harper College, Palatine, Illinois.

Steve's updated article "Mortgagors in Distress - Representing Defendants in Foreclosure" has been submitted to the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education for inclusion in the forthcoming IICLE publication of "Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Practice".

February 1, 2010: Steve participated as a panelist, together with Judge Jesse Reyes and Samuel H. Levine, on the Illinois State Bar Association public service taping and production of "Avoiding and Defending Mortgage Foreclosures". The half-hour show will air on CAN-TV Cable Channel 21 at 10:00, on Tuesdays, February 16, March 2 and March 16.
